Ladies pumps-
Postage and package is only £2.00 per pair for all UK customers. The shoes will be dispatched within 48hrs by1st class Royal Mail.
For shoes to mainland Europe and USA/Canada postage will need to be adjusted to £3.50 per pair.

We will post World wide, please email to get a quote for the delivery cost before buying. All shoes will be dispatched within 2 working days after payment is received or cheque cleared.

Other sizes
If you don’t see the size you need, contact us, as we may have other sizes in stock, if not we will be able to order them for you, allow 28 days for ordering.

Exchange or Returns
All shoes will be carefully inspected before being dispatched. A refund will only be issued if there is a manufacturer’s defect and the shoes are returned within 7 days. If you cancel your order within 7 days we will return your money within 30 days of cancellation.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (customer's statutory rights not affected).

Returned items must be in their original packing. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage and the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.

For damaged goods we will either refund you in full (cost of goods, postage costs and return postage) or replace the item and refund your return postage costs.

When returning goods please put a cover note in with your returned item, stating the reason for the return and your full postal address and email.

We also suggest you use registered post, as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us.
